Beer and worchestershire marinade recipe details
This is great on T-bones or even chuck steaks. I find it works best medium-rare. Top with mushrooms done in garlic butter. Enjoy!

Ingredients
Makes: 4 steaks- 2 (12 ounce) bottles Moosehead beer
- 1 (12 ounce) bottle Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 2 teaspoons minced onion
- 3 tablespoons Montreal steak seasoning
Preparation method
Prep: 20 mins | Cook: 15 mins | Extra time: 2 hours, marinating1. Let steaks marinade 2 to 24 hours in the first four ingredients. The longer it marinades the better.
2. When you are ready to grill, take out of marinade and coat both sides with Montreal steak seasoning and grill to desired doneness.
