Meat Balls with Thyme and Chili recipe

|600 g||minced meat|
|salt and pepper|
|1 bunch(es)||thyme, chopped|
|2||red chili peppers, seeded and chopped|
In a bowl combine the minced meat with the egg, breadcrumbs, onion, mustard, chili peppers and thyme. Season with salt, pepper, paprika powder and Worcestershire sauce. Knead until well combined.
Shape to 8 meat balls. In a pan, heat the oil. Fry the meat balls over medium heat until brown and crispy all around.
Serve with BBQ sauce, ketchup or mayonnaise.
