Ingredients
600 g | minced meat |
salt and pepper | |
paprika powder | |
Worcestershire sauce | |
1 bunch(es) | thyme, chopped |
1 | egg |
1 | onion, chopped |
2 tbsp | breadcrumbs |
2 | red chili peppers, seeded and chopped |
2 tbsp | oil |
1 tbsp | mustard |
Instructions
In a bowl combine the minced meat with the egg, breadcrumbs, onion, mustard, chili peppers and thyme. Season with salt, pepper, paprika powder and Worcestershire sauce. Knead until well combined.Shape to 8 meat balls. In a pan, heat the oil. Fry the meat balls over medium heat until brown and crispy all around.
Serve with BBQ sauce, ketchup or mayonnaise.
