Ingredients

500 g minced meat, beef and pork
1  egg
2 tbsp breadcrumbs
1  carrot, peeled and cut into 0.5cm cubes
1 medium zucchini, cut into 0.5cm cubes
1  onions, finely chopped
salt and pepper
parsley, finely chopped
paprika powder

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Mix the meat with all the vegetables, the breadcrumbs, parsley and the egg. Knead and season with salt, pepper and paprika powder. Shape with wet hands into approximately 8 slightly flattened meatballs and place on a lined baking tray. Bake for about 30 minutes.

Serve with mashed potatoes and salad.
