Ingredients
500 g | minced meat, beef and pork |
1 | egg |
2 tbsp | breadcrumbs |
1 | carrot, peeled and cut into 0.5cm cubes |
1 medium | zucchini, cut into 0.5cm cubes |
1 | onions, finely chopped |
salt and pepper | |
parsley, finely chopped | |
paprika powder |
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200°C.Mix the meat with all the vegetables, the breadcrumbs, parsley and the egg. Knead and season with salt, pepper and paprika powder. Shape with wet hands into approximately 8 slightly flattened meatballs and place on a lined baking tray. Bake for about 30 minutes.
Serve with mashed potatoes and salad.
