Mashed cauliflower recipe details
Ingredients
1 ½ kg | cauliflower, cleaned and cut into small pieces |
50 ml | single cream |
1 tbsp | butter |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Instructions
Cook cauliflower in slightly salted water until tender.Mash cauliflower with butter, single cream using a fork until at the desired consistency. Season with salt and white pepper to taste.
