Ingredients
750 g | broccoli, cut into chunks |
1 large | leek, chopped |
2 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
300 ml | vegetablel broth |
60 ml | sour cream |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Instructions
Combine broccoli, leek, garlic and chicken broth in a large pot or saucepan. Bring to a boil and simmer, covered, over low heat until broccoli is tender, about 20 minutes.Remove from heat and puree in the pot with a hand-held blender or transfer to a blender and puree until smooth.
Stir in sour cream and season to taste with salt and pepper.
