Leeks Starter recipe

|10 medium||leeks, trimmed, sliced|
|120 ml||olive oil|
|1 tbsp||tomato paste|
|lemon juice of 1 lemon|
|fresh parsley, chopped|
|salt and pepper, to taste|
Place leeks, oil, water, lemon juice, tomato paste and sugar in a deep sauce or frying pan.
Season to taste and cook, covered for about 15 minutes, until the leeks are very tender.
To Serve sprinkle with parsley.
