Ingredients

500 ml honey, clear
200 g marzipan, raw
vanilla beans

Instructions

Fill the honey into a mixing bowl.

Cut the raw marzipan into small pieces and combine in a mixing bowl with the honey.

Mix everything thing with a hand blender at low speed first and then about 3-4 minutes at the highest level until the marzipan is mixed well with the honey. Fill the finished marzipan-honey in an appropriate glass.

If desired, refine the finished honey with vanilla. Just this one, sliced lengthwise, vanilla pod type with the honey glass.

Give the marzipan-honey enough time to absorb the vanilla flavour.
