Marzipan and chocolate muffins recipe details
Ingredients
300 g | flour |
2 tsp | baking powder |
½ tsp | baking soda |
1 pinch(es) | salt |
90 g | chocolate flakes |
150 g | soft butter |
80 g | sugar |
1 pack(s) | marzipan, chopped |
2 | eggs |
200 ml | buttermilk |
75 g | crème fraîche |
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180° C.In a bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and chocolate flakes. In a separate bowl, cream together the butter and the sugar. Whisk in the eggs, milk, marzipan and the crème fraîche. Add to the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
Pour the mixture into buttered muffin cups and bake for 20-25 minutes.
