Mary's beef brisket recipe details
- Ingredients
- 5 pounds brisket, trimmed
- 2 teaspoons Lawry’sseasoned salt
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 sweet red bell pepper
- Parsley
Sprinkle each side of brisket with all of the spices except parsley. Place in baking dish. Cover pan with foil. Bake at 300 degrees for 3 hours. Slice thin and garnish with thin red bell pepper slices and parsley.
