Ingredients

12	tagliatelle, green (egg and spinach tagliatelle)
6	cream cheese (Boursin with garlic and herbs)
4 tbsp	crème fraîche
1 tbsp	Pesto, preferably home made
8	peeled prawns, North Sea or mediterranean
25 g	toasted pine nuts
25 g	freshly grated parmesan
	salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions

Cook and drain the pasta and keep warm.

Mix the Boursin with crème fraîche and pesto together over a low heat and stir until all melted. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add the prawns and stir well, until heated through.

Pour over the pasta and serve with the pine nuts and Parmesan sprinkled over.
