Mary grey'scrustless sausage quiche recipe details
- Ingredients:
- 4 ounces hand-shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 ounces hand-shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/3 small carton of sour cream
- 1/3 pound of medium bulk sausage (Smithfields ham sausage)
- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard powder
- 1/8 teaspoon fresh grated nutmeg
Cook and drain sausage well. Combine all remaining ingredients in large bowl and pour into a cook-safe container. Freeze or cook right away.
Cook at 350 degrees for 50 minutes (70 minutes if frozen) or until center gets brown and rises 2 inches above crust.
Serves: 2 normal people. Serving size: 1/2 of recipe.
