Marinated seafood salad recipe details
Ingredients
125 g | shrimps, cooked |
125 g | mussels, fresh, cooked |
125 g | calamari rings, fresh, cooked |
80 g | olives, black, pitted, cut into halves |
4 tbsp | spring onions, chopped |
3 tbsp | parsley, fresh, chopped |
150 ml | extra-virgin olive oil |
60 ml | lemon juice, fresh |
½ glass(es) | white wine, dry |
2 clove(s) | garlic, peeled, minced |
some | pepper, fresh, ground to taste |
some | salt, to taste |
some | lemon wedges for decoration |
Instructions
Boil water in a big pot. Add salt and cook shrimps, mussels, and calamari for 2 minutes. Drain. Peel the shrimp, and shell the mussels.Place cooked shrimps, mussels, calamari and fresh olives into a bowl.
Mix remaining ingredients, except lemon wedges. Pour mix over seafood, stir.
Cover and refrigerate for 12 hours, stiring 2 or 3 times.
Spoon onto a shallow plate, decorate with lemon wedges. Serve with baguette.
