Marinated salmon and cucumber salad recipe details
Ingredients
250 g | salmon fillet, boned, skinned, thinly sliced |
½ | cucumber, grated |
¼ tsp | wasabi powder |
30 ml | lemon juice |
½ tsp | caster sugar |
2 | spring onions, sliced |
50 ml | soy sauce |
Instructions
Dissolve the wasabi in the lemon juice and place the salmon into the mixture. Leave to marinate in fridge for 15 minutes, stirring once.COmbine cucumber with the sugar and put it in the fridge.
Just before serving, drain and discard the liquid from the cucumber. Mix the cucumber with the marinated salmon.
To serve, place on a serving plate and sprinkle with spring onions and soy sauce.
