Ingredients

200 g	fillet of veal, cut in 3cm cubes
200 g	fillet of pork, cut in 3cm cubes
200 g	lean lamb, cut in 3cm cubes
4 tbsp	sherry
4 clove(s)	garlic, sliced
1 sprig(s)	rosemary
2	red bell pepper, cut in squares
2 small	courgettes, cut in 1cm slices
	salt and pepper
6 tbsp	olive oil

Instructions

Mix together the oil, garlic and rosemary, turn the meat in the mixture until well coated and allow to marinate for 1 hour.

Spike the meat and the vegetables alternately on skewers. Season with salt and pepper.

Grill for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally.
