Marinated mixed meat and vegetable skewers recipe details
Ingredients
| 200 g | fillet of veal, cut in 3cm cubes |
| 200 g | fillet of pork, cut in 3cm cubes |
| 200 g | lean lamb, cut in 3cm cubes |
| 4 tbsp | sherry |
| 4 clove(s) | garlic, sliced |
| 1 sprig(s) | rosemary |
| 2 | red bell pepper, cut in squares |
| 2 small | courgettes, cut in 1cm slices |
| salt and pepper | |
| 6 tbsp | olive oil |
Instructions
Mix together the oil, garlic and rosemary, turn the meat in the mixture until well coated and allow to marinate for 1 hour.Spike the meat and the vegetables alternately on skewers. Season with salt and pepper.
Grill for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally.
