Ingredients
3 tbsp | olive oil |
2 medium | onions, chopped |
400 g | tomatoes, diced |
¼ tsp | dried oregano, ground |
¼ tsp | sugar |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Instructions
Heat oil in a medium saucepan over low heat and sauté onions and garlic until soft, about 5 minutes. Add tomatoes, oregano and sugar and simmer until thickened, stirring occasionally, about 1 hour. Season with salt and pepper.
Serving suggestions:Serve with chicken.
