1 kg | pike fillets, cleaned |
flour | |
oil for frying | |
For the marinade: | |
oil | |
lemon juice | |
salt and pepper | |
parsley, minced | |
nutmeg, grated |
Instructions
Soak fish for two hours inthe marinade.Place a bowl with the flour next to the frying pan. Dip fish fillets in flour and fry in oil.
Serving suggestion:>/b> Serve with Hollandaise Sauce.
