Marinated bell peppers recipe details
Ingredients
6 | bell peppers, 2 red, 2 yellow and 2 green, quartered |
2 tbsp | balsamic vinegar |
2 tbsp | dry white wine |
6 tbsp | olive oil |
3 clove(s) | garlic, mashed |
some | salt and freshly ground black pepper |
2 tbsp | fresh basil, chopped |
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 220°C.Place the bell peppers skin side up on an oiled baking tray and bake until slightly charred. Allow to cool shortly, the skins can be easily removed.
Mix together the balsamic vinegar, garlic, oil, basil and wine. Season with salt and pepper. Add the bell peppers and marinate for 12 hours.
Serve with fresh white bread.
