Mangetout and carrots recipe details
Ingredients
300 g | carrots, peeled, cut into sliced |
350 g | mangetout, trimmed |
2 tbsp | soy sauce |
1 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
1 | ginger root, chopped |
25 g | sunflour seeds, toasted |
Instructions
Fill a large steamer with water and bring to the boil. Steam the carrots for 5 minutes. Add the mangetout and steam for a further 2 minutes.Place the carrots, mangetout, soy sauce, garlic and ginger in a large pan, stir well, and cook for one minute.
Put into a large bowl and sprinkle with the sunflower seeds.
