Mandarin banana sauce recipe details
Ingredients
1 ½ tbsp | butter |
tsp | orange peel, finely grated |
1 | orange, juiced |
1 tbsp | lemon juice |
2 tbsp | granulated sugar |
1 medium | banana, sliced |
Instructions
Melt butter in a small saucepan, add orange peel and brown lightly.Mix in the orange juice, lemon juice and sugar. Stir and cook until sugar is dissolved and begins to thicken.
Add the banana slices to saucepan and cook only 1 minute.
Pour sauce over ice cream and serve immediately.
