- Ingredients:
- 1 cup soft butter
- 1/4 cup confectioners sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup rice flour
- 1-3/4 cup flour
Instructions:
Cream butter and sugars. Mix flours and add to sugar-butter mixture and cream until dough is smooth. Press into mold or 8-inch square baking pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour.
