Ingredients

80 g	macaroni
1	onion, chopped
1 clove(s)	garlic, minced
1 small	red chili, seeded and chopped
125 g	chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 tbsp	oil
½ large can(s)	tomatoes, diced
	salt and pepper
	paprika powder
75 ml	vegetable stock
1 tsp	basil, chopped

Instructions

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain the pasta.

In a pan, heat the oil. Fry the meat for 3-4 minutes over medium heat. Remove from the pan and set aside. Add the onion, garlic and chili into the pan and sauté until lucent. Add the tomatoes and the stock and bring to a boil. Season to taste with salt, pepper and paprika powder. Cook for 8-10 minutes over medium heat.

Mix in the basil, the chicken pieces and the cooked pasta. Check seasoning before serving.
