Lukewarm pasta salad with mangetout and peas recipe details
Ingredients
300 g | pasta |
salt and freshly ground black pepper | |
200 g | peas, frozen |
200 g | mangetout |
1 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
2 tbsp | extra virgin olive oil |
2 dash(es) | balsamic vinegar |
1 tbsp | basil, chopped |
1 tbsp | parsley, chopped |
Instructions
Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente, then drain.In a pan heat the oil and sauté the garlic, thawed peas and mangetout for 4 minutes.
Mix together the cooked pasta and the vegetables. Add the basil and the parsley. Season to taste with salt, pepper, balsamic vinegar and oil. Serve lukewarm.
