Loaded waffle fries recipe details
Loaded Waffle Fries – everything you could ever imagine on your fries. Chili, cheddar cheese, sour cream, onions, chives, and bacon! This goes great with my bacon cheeseburger dogs (see my other recipes).
Ready in: 30 mins
Ingredients
Serves: 4- 1 (20 ounce) bag frozen waffle fries
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 can chili (beef and bean)
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 small diced onion
- 1/2 cup chopped chives
- 1/2 cup or 1 jar Hormel Real Bacon pieces
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 20 mins1. Cook frozen waffle fries according to package directions.
2. Then cook chili according to can directions.
3. Arrange waffles fries on a plate and spoon the chili over the waffles fries, then sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top of the chili, then spoon the sour cream over that, then sprinkle the onions, chopped chives, and real bacon pieces over the sour cream and enjoy! For the bacon pieces use a jar of the Hormel Real Bacon pieces (they can be found in the salad dressing aisle next to the bacon bits and other salad toppings)
