Linzer Stars recipe

|½ tsp||baking powder|
|80 g||ground almond|
|2 tsp||cocoa powder|
|75 g||brown sugar|
|½||lemon, the juice|
|200 g||rasberry jam|
|some||icing sugar for decoration|
Knead a dough with all the ingredients. Cool for 30 minutes.
Roll out approximately 3 mm thin. Cut out bottom and cover parts, same amount each.
Bake at 160° for 15-20 minutes. Let cool and fill bottom part with jam. Cover with top part and sprinkle with some icing sugar.
