Linzer stars recipe details
Ingredients
150 g | flour |
½ tsp | baking powder |
80 g | ground almond |
2 tsp | cocoa powder |
½ tsp | cinnamon |
75 g | brown sugar |
1 pinch(es) | salt |
½ | lemon, the juice |
100 g | butter |
1 medium | egg |
200 g | rasberry jam |
some | icing sugar for decoration |
Instructions
Knead a dough with all the ingredients. Cool for 30 minutes.Roll out approximately 3 mm thin. Cut out bottom and cover parts, same amount each.
Bake at 160° for 15-20 minutes. Let cool and fill bottom part with jam. Cover with top part and sprinkle with some icing sugar.
