Lime butter marinade recipe details
Ingredients
120 g | butter, melted |
60 ml | lime juice |
1 tsp | salt and pepper, to taste |
Instructions
Combine all ingredients for the marinade. Reserve 60 ml of marinade aside for later.Put salmon in a dish and pour some of the marinade over salmon. Let marinade for about 20-30 minutes.
Cook salmon, brushing with lime butter, about 5 minutes per side.
Serve with the additional marinade.
