Ingredients
1 cup flour
1 stick butter
1/2 cup chopped nuts (plus more for garnish)
2 teaspoons flavorings (1 each lemon and orange extract)
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup Cool Whipdessert topping (plus more for garnish)
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon lemon peel
One 3.5-ounce package lemon instant pudding
1 teaspoon orange peel
Instructions:

Crust:In small bowl, mix butter, flour, flavorings, and nuts. Press into 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Let cool. When crust cools, then mix and spread each layer separately.

1st Layer: Beat cream cheese, dessert topping, powdered sugar, and lemon peel until smooth and creamy.

2nd Layer: Prepare pudding per package directions; add the orange peel.

3rd Layer: Spread desert topping over top; garnish with nuts.

Variations: You may use any type of pudding, just match the flavors to blend. For instance, I use pistachio pudding and creme de menthe, both green and white. Use strawberry with a strawberry liqueur or creme de cacao…let your imagination fly!
