Lemon Herb Marinade

Just buy one lemon–then you should be able to make this versatile marinade right out of your pantry. Great on chicken, pork, and turkey.
Ready in: 4 hours 5 mins
Makes: 1 half cup marinade
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Prep: 5 mins
| Extra time: 4 hours, marinating
1. Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl, then transfer to a large plastic resealable bag. Add 1 pound meat, seal, and refrigerate for 4 hours to marinade. Cook as desired.
