Ingredients
500 g | roast beef, cooked, sliced, cut into small pieces |
1 | red bell pepper, cubed |
500 g | peas |
2 | green onions, chopped |
For the Dressing: | |
60 ml | lemon juice |
2 tbsp | soy sauce |
2 tbsp | peanut oil |
1 tbsp | sesame oil |
Instructions
Cook peas and rinse. Combine roast beef, pepper, peas and onions.Mix dressing and pour over salad.
