juice of 1 lemon | |
1 tbsp | cornstarch |
240 ml | dry white wine |
1 ½ tbsp | butter |
Instructions
In a bowl combine cornstarch and wine and stir with a wire whisk until smooth. Set aside.Melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Add wine mixture and cook, stirring
constantly, until clear and thickened. Add lemon juice and cook for further 2 minutes, whilst stirring occasionally.
