Lemon Butter Sauce for Salmon recipe

Ingredients
3 tbsp | butter |
1 tbsp | fresh parsley, chopped |
60 ml | white wine |
1 small | onion, diced finely |
juice of 1 lemon | |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Instructions
In a saucepan add diced onion, lemon juice, chopped parsley, salt and pepper and white wine.Cook until liquid is reduced a little, then add butter. Stir and cook for another minute whilst stirring.
