|1 tbsp||fresh parsley, chopped|
|60 ml||white wine|
|1 small||onion, diced finely|
|juice of 1 lemon|
|salt and pepper, to taste|
InstructionsIn a saucepan add diced onion, lemon juice, chopped parsley, salt and pepper and white wine.
Cook until liquid is reduced a little, then add butter. Stir and cook for another minute whilst stirring.
