Leek and chicken curry recipe details
Ingredients
125 g | chicken breast fillet, diced |
150 g | leek, diced |
1 tsp | lard |
1 tsp | yellow curry paste |
salt | |
50 g | red lentils |
75 g | yoghurt |
½ tsp | corn starch |
175 ml | water |
Instructions
Heat the lard in a skillet and fry the meat until golden all around. Add the leek and cook for 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and curry paste.Add the lentils and the water and simmer for 10 minutes. Mix together the yoghurt and the corn starch and stir into the stew. Bring to a short boil again. Season to taste with salt and curry paste and enjoy.
