Ingredients
ml | water |
1 tsp | coffee |
1 tsp | powdered sugar |
1 pinch(es) | cardamom |
Instructions
Place the water and coffee in the rakweh and set over medium heat. Stir continually. Before the coffee comes to a boil, it starts to rise. Using a spoon, remove the foam that forms on the surface and place it into cups.Return the rakweh to the heat and let the coffee rise up three times.
Then add the sugar and cardamom and mix. Let it boil up again. Serve.
