Easter Potato Casserole recipe
|1 kg||potatoes, peeled, sliced|
|60 g||butter, melted|
|1 medium||onion, chopped|
|200 ml||vegetable broth|
|100 ml||single cream|
|450 ml||sour cream|
|300 g||Cheddar cheese, grated|
Pour both creams into a bowl and stir to mix. Slowly add vegetable broth and stir until well blended.
Layer potato slices in a large baking dish. Top with onion and grated cheese and season to taste with salt and pepper. Pour over chicken broth mix.
Preheat oven to 170°C.
Bake for 45-60 minutes.
