Easter potato casserole recipe details
Ingredients
1 kg | potatoes, peeled, sliced |
60 g | butter, melted |
1 tsp | salt |
0.35 tsp | pepper |
1 medium | onion, chopped |
200 ml | vegetable broth |
100 ml | single cream |
450 ml | sour cream |
300 g | Cheddar cheese, grated |
Instructions
Pour both creams into a bowl and stir to mix. Slowly add vegetable broth and stir until well blended.Layer potato slices in a large baking dish. Top with onion and grated cheese and season to taste with salt and pepper. Pour over chicken broth mix.
Preheat oven to 170°C.
Bake for 45-60 minutes.
