Ingredients

2  eggs, boiled, peeled and sliced
1 small cucumber, peeled, seeds removed and diced
salt and pepper
1  red bell pepper, trimmed and diced
1 can(s) corn, rinsed and drained
½ head(s) romaine lettuce, leaves separated
1 can(s) tuna, drained
100 g yoghurt
100 g mayonnaise
curry powder
lemon juice
2 tbsp parsley, chopped

Instructions

Mix the mayonnaise with yoghurt and season to taste with lemon juice, curry, salt and pepper.

Layer the vegetables, tuna, eggs and the lettuce into 4 wide glasses. Drizzle with the dressing and sprinkle with parsley.
