Ingredients
2 large onions
10 cloves garlic (you can always use more)
salt pepper to taste
2 cups salsa (medium)
1 large brisket
Instructions:

Saute sliced garlic and add salt and pepper in a large skillet. Add brisket and brown both sides on high heat. Add salsa and some water. Put in a roaster tray, covered. Bake at 350 degrees for 3 to 4 hours. Allow to cool and slice. Rewarm slices in gravy on medium-low heat before serving.
