Lamb cutlet with rosemary recipe details

4 sprig(s) | rosemary |
1 tbsp | olive oil |
salt and pepper | |
kitchen yarn |
Instructions
Wrap the rosemary springs around the edges of the lamb cutlets. Tighten with kitchen string.In a pan, heat the oil. Fry the lamb cutlets from both sides over high heat for 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Reduce the heat and leave the cutlets for 1-5 more minutes in the pan until cooked just the way you like it.
Remove the string and serve with potatoes and green beans or fresh salad.
