|400 g||boned shoulder of lamb, cut into 2cm cubes|
|400 g||fresh green beans, halved|
|2 clove(s)||garlic, minced|
|1||red hot chilli pepper, finely chopped|
|200 ml||stock, preferably lamb stock|
|salt and freshly ground black pepper|
|2 tbsp||olive oil|
InstructionsCook the beans together with the savory in salted water for 8-10 minutes, then drain and rinse with ice water. Set aside and remove the savory.
In a wide pan, heat the oil and stir-fry the meat over high heat until nicely browned. Add the onions and chilli and fry until the onions start to brown. Add garlic and stock and cook stirring for a minute. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Add the beans and cook stirring until the beans are hot again.
Serve with rice or boiled potatoes.
