Ingredients
Makes: 8 meatballs- 3 slices whole wheat bread, crusts cut off
- 1/3 cup chicken broth
- 1 1/2 pounds ground lamb
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 2 large cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Preparation method
Prep: 15 mins | Cook: 15 mins1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
2. Set bread in a mixing bowl and pour chicken broth on top. Let sit for about 5 minutes, so the bread can absorb the broth. Then stir in lamb, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper.
3. Make 8 meatballs from the mixture. Set on a nonstick baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
4. Bake meatballs for 15 minutes.
