Ingredients
3 eggs
3/4 cup butter
2 Tablespoons vanilla
1-1/2 cups sugar
3/4 cup milk
6 to 8 very ripe bananas
3-1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 cup nuts (optional)
1 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions:

In a large electric mixing bowl, mix eggs, butter, vanilla, sugar, and milk. Add bananas and mix well. Sift together flour, baking soda, salt, and baking powder, then add to mixture. Blend until smooth. Grease and flour 2 loaf pans and pour ingredients until pans are 1/2 full. Sprinkle nuts or chocolate chips on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Remove and drizzle butter on top of loaf. Enjoy!
