Apple Strudel Pancake recipe

- 1 stick butter
- 6 large eggs, beaten
- 1-1/2 cups milk
- 3 Tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 5 or 6 large apples, peeled, cored, and sliced
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- brown sugar to taste
Melt butter in 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish in 350-degree oven for 10 minutes. Add apples and bake 10 minutes. Combine eggs, milk, and vanilla and beat well. Add flour, sugar, and seasonings to milk mixture. Pour batter over apples and sprinkle with brown sugar. Continue baking for 30 minutes or until brown and puffed. Serve at once.
