I made this from a bunch of micellanous ingredients. I didn’t have enough of anything to make a regular dish. So, I just kind of threw stuff into the pot. It turned out quite well. Serve with warm bread. I cooked this for some patients I was taking care of in a home setting. There were no left overs.

Ingredients
Serves: 6- 2 quarts 2% or whole milk
- 4 to 5 slices Swiss cheese
- 3 cups mozzarella cheese
- 1 1/2 cups shredded 3 cheese blend
- 1 1/2 cups shredded Velveeta cheese
- 2 cups leftover baked chicken meat
- 1/4 cup minced onion
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch or flour dissolved in:
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup sour cream
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1 (16 ounce) bag egg noodles
Preparation method
Prep: 40 mins | Cook: 40 mins1. Mix all ingredients into large soup pot, except for noodles. simmer on medium heat. add salt and pepper to taste. Stir sauce frequently to avoid scorching. If it appears to start sticking remove from burner and reduce heat. after burner has cooled for a few minutes add pan back to burner.
2. Cook noodles in seperate pan. when sauce startes to thicken. Let thicken to approx. honey to gravy thickness. remove from heat.
3. You can add noodle to sauce or you can put them in a bowl and spoon some over them.
