Chicken osaka recipe details
Fantastic light and easy chicken and rice dish with Asian twist. Serve with your favorite Asian salad. For a variety, use 4 cups Yakisoba noodles instead of rice following package instructions. You can turn this dish into a stir-fry as well. We have added diced fresh mushrooms, green pepper, diced celery, diced onion, etc.

Ingredients
Serves: 4- 1 whole boneless skinless chicken breast
- 1 1/2 cups Rikki’s Gourmet Soy Ginger Sauce
- 2 pouches (1 cup each) boil-in-a-bag un-cooked rice
- 2 tablespoons butter
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 15 minsStart two quarts water to boil. Trim chicken of fat and cut into 1″x1″ pieces.
In a small mixing bowl, mix chicken with 1 cup Soy Ginger Sauce thoroughly.
When water comes to a boil, add rice pouches and boil for 10 minutes.
In a frying pan, melt butter, then add chicken mixtures and fry until chicken is fully cooked, turning often.
Drain rice.
Heat remaining Soy Ginger sauce in a small dish (covered) for 20-30 seconds on high.
Spoon chicken over 1 cup servings of rice.
Spoon heated Soy Ginger sauce over servings as desired.
