This is a version of the Wood Scorpion I came up with whilst bartending up north. It’s like being blown up with a gummi-bomb, and put back together by a homeless professor.

Ingredients
Serves: 4- 4 ounces Coconut Rum
- 4 ounces Blackberry Brandy
- 2 ounces Red Maui
- 8 ounces Riesling (or other dry white wine)
- 8 ounces orange juice
- 8 ounces pineapple juice
- sprinkling maraschino cherries
Preparation method
Prep: 5 mins | Cook: 1 hour 10 mins1. Fill a large pitcher or jug full of ice. Fill pitcher with liquids. Stir and mix thoroughly.
2. Sprinkle cherries and serve.
