Ingredients

500 g king prawns, cooked
60 ml aioli garlic mayonnaise fish sauce, to taste
5 medium eggs, yolks only, hard boiled, chopped
3 tbsp wine vinegar
1 tbsp parsley, finely chopped

Instructions

Combine all of the ingredients together except the prawns. Mix well and pour over prawns on a serving plate.
