King Prawns in Green Sauce recipe

|1 kg||king prawns, cooked, shelled, deveined and halved|
|2 slice(s)||white bread, crusts removed|
|½ cup(s)||red wine vinegar|
|3 tbsp||capers, drained and rinsed|
|3 clove(s)||garlic, crushed|
|¾ cup(s)||olive oil|
Soak the bread in vinegar for 10 minutes. Squeeze dry and combine it in a blender with parsley, capers, garlic and anchovies and process until smooth. With motor running gradually add the olive oil.
Pour the sauce over the prawns and toss until well coated.
