Justin trails award winning granola recipe details
- Ingredients:
- One 42-ounce box old-fashioned oatmeal
- 4 ounces sesame seeds
- 12 ounces sunflower seeds
- 2 cups coconut
- 12 ounces roasted soy nuts
- 2 cups ground or slivered almonds (vary kind of nuts with each batch)
- 1 cup oil
- 1 cup maple syrup
- 1 cup honey
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 2 cups dried cranberries
Justin Trails granola is available for purchase for $10.00 for a 1.5-pound bag and $20.00 for a 3-pound bag. It can be shipped for an additional shipping fee.
Stir oil, maple syrup, and honey together. Pour over remaining ingredients except cranberries. Stir. Bake at 325 degrees, stirring every 5 minutes, for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Add cranberries after baking.
Note: This burns very easily. Be sure to use old-fashioned oats or it will be mushy. Enjoy!
