Jon's tuna noodle casserole recipe details
We lived on tuna noodle casseroles in college. We just took the original recipe and added a few other ingredients.

Ingredients
Serves: 6- 3 cups cooked noodles
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 1/3 cup onion, chopped
- 2-3 tablespoons butter
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 4 ounce can mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tablespoons pimentos
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cans tuna, drained
- 1 cup peas and carrots
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- Dash Worcestershire sauce TOPPING:
- 1/2 cup crumbs (bread, cracker, or corn flakes)
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 3 tablespoons butter
Preparation method
Prep: 25 mins | Cook: 30 mins1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Cook noodles and drain.
2. Saute onion and celery in butter. Stir in soup, milk, mushrooms, pimentos, salt, and pepper. Cook 10-12 minutes. Add tuna, peas and carrots, mayo, and Parmesan cheese. Mix with noodles in 2 quart casserole dish.

4. Melt butter and mix with crumbs and cheese. Sprinkle on top.
5. Bake in the preheated oven until bubbly, about 30 minutes.
