Jeff's famous seafood salad recipe details
This is a delicious and easy to make seafood salad for parties and family get togethers.

Ingredients
Serves: 10- 1/2 (8 ounce) package large shell pasta
- 2-3 cups of fresh broccoli, cut into small pieces
- 1 pound small cooked bay shrimp (defrosted), tails removed
- 1 (16 ounce) package of imitation crab meat or real crab, chopped
- 3 green onions, finely chopped
- 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- 1-2 teaspoons salt
- 3-4 teaspoons pepper
- 3-4 teaspoons Old Bay(R) or San Francisco Bay(R) seasoning
- 2-3 cups of mayonnaise
- 1 tomato, cut into wedges
- 1 large tomato
Preparation method
Prep: 3 hours 20 mins | Cook: 15 mins1. Boil the pasta until al dente, rinse in cold water, strain, and set aside.
2. Steam or microwave the broccoli until cooked slighty but still firm, set aside.
3. Wash the shrimp in cold water, strain, and place the shrimp into a large mixing bowl.
4. Add crab, green onion, and the extra virgin olive oil, along with half the seasoniings. Stir the mixture thoroughly, coating the seafood. Add the pasta and broccoli. Add about 1 1/2 cups of mayonnaise and mix, coating everything.
5. Add more salt, pepper, and Old Bay to taste. Chill for several hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
6. Prior to serving, remove salad from the refrigerator and add another cup of mayonnaise and mix thoroughly. Add to serving bowl and garnish with sliced tomato wedges on top of the salad.
