Ingredients
100 g | flour |
180 ml | water |
1 medium | egg |
500 g | cabbage |
1 | carrot, grated |
1 small | zucchini, peeled, grated |
1 | green onion, chopped |
3 slice(s) | bacon |
Worcestershire sauce or Okonomiyaki sauce | |
olive oil, for frying |
Instructions
Mix together the flour, water, egg,cabbage,carrot and zucchini in a large bowl.Heat some oil in pan and pour in mixture. Top with the bacon slices.
Cook on medium heat until golden brown on both sides, about 5-15 minutes per side.
Drizzle with Okonomiyaki sauce and slice.
