Ingredients
Makes: 4- 1 1/3 pounds fresh salmon fillet, cut into fingers
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons miso paste
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon Japanese pepper (or use black pepper if you don’t have)
- Sea salt
Preparation method
Prep: 5 mins | Cook: 5 mins1. Preheat grill to medium and line a grill pan with foil.
2. Stir soy sauce, miso paste, mustard, sugar, Japanese pepper, and sea salt together in a bowl. Coat fish in the mixture, then transfer fish to the grill pan.
3. Grill fish fingers for about 5 minutes, until fish is cooked through. Serve.
